Tetrabenazine is a prescriptive drug that is used in the treatment of involuntary movements which is called chorea. It is found in a group of drugs known as central nervous system agent. Tetrabenazine works by minimising the amount of certain chemicals found in the brain referred to as dopamine and norepinephrine.
